Memberships & Packages
- Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of purchase.
- A 3-month minimum commitment applies, followed by automatic monthly renewal.
- To stop the next renewal, please email us at least 30 days before your next billing date at [your email].
- All memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class Credits & Flexibility
- Each membership includes a fixed number of classes per month (4, 8, or 12 depending on the plan).
- Classes can be booked flexibly within the same month — whether weekly or several in the same week.
- Unused classes do not roll over to the following month.
- For EYRA Infinite, unlimited access applies, with a maximum of 1 class per day bookable.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Classes may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time without charge.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours or no-shows will be fully charged.
- For the flow and safety of the class, entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after the start. If you arrive late and cannot join, the class will be charged.
Private Sessions
- Private sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Merchandise
- All retail purchases are final sale, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Exceptions
- If EYRA. must cancel a class or service unexpectedly, you will receive a full refund or class credit.
- In special circumstances (medical reasons, pregnancy, relocation), please contact our team with proof. We will do our best to accommodate.
