Memberships & Packages

Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of purchase.
A 3-month minimum commitment applies, followed by automatic monthly renewal.
To stop the next renewal, please email us at least 30 days before your next billing date at [your email].
All memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Class Credits & Flexibility

Each membership includes a fixed number of classes per month (4, 8, or 12 depending on the plan).
Classes can be booked flexibly within the same month — whether weekly or several in the same week.
Unused classes do not roll over to the following month.
For EYRA Infinite, unlimited access applies, with a maximum of 1 class per day bookable.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Classes may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time without charge.
Cancellations made within 4 hours or no-shows will be fully charged.
For the flow and safety of the class, entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after the start. If you arrive late and cannot join, the class will be charged.

Private Sessions

Private sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

Merchandise

All retail purchases are final sale, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Exceptions

If EYRA. must cancel a class or service unexpectedly, you will receive a full refund or class credit.
In special circumstances (medical reasons, pregnancy, relocation), please contact our team with proof. We will do our best to accommodate.
